Crimes Against Humanity in Our Hospitals It is a documented fact that regime agents have fired tear gas inside hospital wards, brutally attacked medical staff, and dragged injured protesters from their hospital beds to undisclosed locations. In Ilam, security forces have turned a place of healing into a zone of terror, denying critical care to the wounded and arresting those seeking medical aid. These are not crowd control measures; they are war crimes committed against the indefensible.
The Hypocrisy of a Bankrupt Regime To the dictators in Tehran, we ask: How dare you? For months, you have broadcasted propaganda to the world, shedding crocodile tears over the conflict in Gaza. You have loudly condemned the Israeli government for military operations near hospitals and accused them of endangering civilians. Yet, here you are, doing exactly what you claim to oppose—but with one sickening difference: In Gaza, you accuse others of attacking human shields used by armed combatants. In Iran, you are the ones attacking unarmed civilians, women, and youth who have no weapons but their voices. You are the aggressor against your own peaceful population. You have stripped away your own mask, proving that your advocacy for “human rights” abroad is nothing but a cynical tool to hide your butchery at home.

You swore a sacred oath to protect the soil of Iran and the lives of its people—not to protect the corrupt regime of a dictator. The weapons in your hands belong to the nation, and the people being slaughtered in Ilam, Tehran, and across Iran are the very nation you vowed to defend. We demand that you stand down from any order that harms your brothers and sisters. Do not let the history books record that the Artesh stood silent while foreign mercenaries and regime thugs gassed hospitals and murdered Iranians. Your duty is to the people. Join them.
